Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes. Wherever possible, we aim to provide the same cleaner for each weekly session. You may request a change if needed.
Do I need to be home during the clean?

Do you provide cleaning products?

Clients provide their preferred cleaning products, allowing you to choose brands or eco-friendly options.
What if I’m unhappy with the clean?

An end of tenancy clean is designed to leave the property professionally cleaned and ready for inspection, which can help support a smooth check-out process. While many landlords and agents expect a professional clean, final deposit decisions are made by the landlord or letting agent and may also depend on factors outside of cleaning, such as general wear and tear or property damage.

If a cleaning-related issue is raised shortly after the clean, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where available. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for end of tenancy cleans, as landlord and agent decisions are outside of our control.
