Can the same cleaner come every time?

Yes, for consistency, we aim to schedule the same cleaners for our clients, although your cleaner can be changed if requested.
What if I’m unhappy with the clean?

If you’re not happy with any part of your clean, please let us know as soon as possible. We take all feedback seriously and will review the issue to determine the best way to resolve it. If the issue falls below our insurance excess, we’ll handle it directly. If it exceeds our excess, it will be managed through our insurance.
